UNLEASHED is the Second Chance Center for Animals animal-themed summer day camp for kids ages 6 -12. UNLEASHED campers spend 4 days immersed in animal-related learning activities,
animal interactions and visits from special guest speakers. Campers also unleash their big hearts by completing projects to benefit the animals of the Second Chance Center for Animals.

2. City of Flagstaff Summer Day Camps - At the City of Flagstaff Summer Day Camp, your campers will meet new friends, learn the importance of teambuilding, and grow in self confidence with the guiding help of our dedicated and compassionate counselors!

The City of Flagstaff proudly presents: The Summer Day Camp program which will be held at the Flagstaff Recreation Center (2403 N. Izabel St. Next to Coconino High School)Each week the children will experience the fun and adventure of a new theme! The camp consists of field trips, swimming, group games, presentations and more. Each participant must provide a daily lunch, water bottle and sunscreen.
Camp will be held from 8:00am-5:00 pm. Dates TBA
Ages 5 (entering kindergarten) – 12 years old
Cost is $95 per week

3. Arizona Teen Tours - Youth Outdoor Adventure Camps and Teen Tours for Ages 8 – 18! Ride the natural rock water slides at Slide Rock State Park, head up North to enjoy Caving and Camping in Flagstaff, followed by hiking in the Grand Canyon!

Our "Best of Arizona" tour visits exciting destinations throughout Arizona. Highlights include: a professionally guided Jeep tour, Slide Rock State Park, hiking in Sedona, camping and horseback riding in The Grand Canyon, and water skiing on Lake Powell.

5. NAU Centennial Forest Environmental Education Programs - The Northern Arizona University Centennial Forest Environmental Education Programs houses one-week camp sessions at our Education and Research Field Campus in the ponderosa pine forest of Flagstaff, AZ.

The Junior & Senior Forestry Academies are equipped to teach kids about wildlife, forest habitat, land ethics and more through hands-on activities. The Outdoor Leadership Academy is a program teaching kids to be leaders through survival skills, wilderness, land ethics and more through a group-activity based curriculum. Our brand new program, the Climate Change Challenge, is for our older students to create realistic solutions to global climate change. Campers will be introduced to numerous environmental career fields which will provide the necessary tools to make recommendations toward this global issue.

6. Museum of Northern Arizona: Discovery Program - Explore the wonders of the Colorado Plateau with the Discovery Program, a summer camp for youth at the Museum of Northern Arizona.

Join the Museum of Northern Arizona’s Discovery Program for a summer full of creative and meaningful exploration. The wonders of the Colorado Plateau will be an inspiration as you join experienced local educators for a hands-on tour of the region’s traditions of fine arts, natural sciences, and Native cultures. Week-long classes for youths ages 4 to 17 are offered each summer. Registration opens each year around the beginning of April.
