At Pine Crest Summer Programs we offer a diverse selection of programs from which to choose. Your child can participate in a variety of “specialty camps” on our 20 acre campus located in the heart of Boca Raton, FL. Choose from Fine Arts, Band, Sports, KidVenture, Tennis, Leap Ahead, Digital Storytelling or our Swim Camp. From the Field to the Stage we've got it all!

All activities are directed by adult professional teachers and coaches. Each program has a dedicated swim time & enjoys indoor and outdoor activities. A daily hot or cold lunch is also provided. Voices United's YLU Forum seeks to engage youth from around the world in meaningful discussion about important global topics & strives to empower them to collaborate on possible solutions to these challenges. 40 youths will be selected for this week long program from June 23rd to June 30th including; historical tours, inspirational speakers, engaging workshops about the environment, youth empowerment and even a special workshop at Disney’s Epcot Center. Forum participants will become a network of “change makers”, working together to change the world as they grow into adulthood and into “power”. Forum participants will also develop into culturally competent global citizens that have the skills and inspiration to be tomorrow’s leaders.

Camp Activities include Glam Day of Make-up Artistry Instruction, Photo Shoots, TV Acting, TV Hosting/News Reporting, Music Videos, Pageantry, Talent, Fashion & Singing Show, Manners, Etiquette, Personal Development, Empowerment, Assertiveness & Boundaries Leadership and Volunteerism

We offer a nurturing, supportive environment where girls can feel safe to explore all of their gifts and talents. Students will recieve photos from "Glam Day" Photo Shoot, as well as professional quality videos of news reporting/teen hosting, commercial workshops, music videos and more! Kids will also enjoy preparing for and showcasing a fashion & talent show at the end of camp week.

PERFORMANCE CAMP
We focus on improving camper’s music and performance skills through a combination of music theory, instrumental technique and performance practice. The Performance Camp culminates in a rock performance for your friends and family.

Camp activities include:

• BAND REHEARSAL
When camp starts, students are assigned into bands and spend the week(s) working together to collaborate, create and perform. Students come together at camp to play under the instruction and direction of our staff of music professionals.

• CLINICS AND WORKSHOPS
Our staff of teachers put together a range of fun and engaging clinics and workshops for students. Each session will cover how to properly use and maintain gear, play with your peers, and put it all together in a band. Other topics may include instrument-specific workshops, industry “insider” tips & tricks, performance techniques, rock music history, and different musical styles such as rock, metal, and funk.

• DIY CREATIVITY
With help from our staff, students will create and produce their own band logo and t-shirts and promotional materials for their show at the end of camp.

We also offer special focus sessions within our Performance Camps for students with particular interests or skill levels.

• BEGINNER
For students that can play but have never been in a band setting.

• INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED
For those who are beyond beginner stages or have played in a band before

• ARTIST-THEMED
Specifically focus on the music of a legendary band or historical music event like The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Live Aid, and Woodstock.

We offer performance camp in one and two week sessions.

June 24-28 & July 15-19: Guitar Riff Masters - Over the course of five days, guitarists and bassists will learn some of the greatest riffs and solos of all time from GC Studios professional instructors. For 3 hours a day, students will spend their week immersed in the classic riffs off Eric Clapton, Richie Blackmoore, Eddie Van Halen, Joe Perry, Jimi Hendrix and Slash!

July 8-12 & August 5-9: Drum Bootcamp - A five day long intensive music study for drum enthusiasts, both beginner and advanced. For 3 hours a day, students spend their week immersed in their instrument, exploring topics such as rhythm, meter, hand percussion, shuffles, and advanced techniques.

Each of the above weeks also offers Rockshow Express, which teaches musicians of any skill level to play in a band. For a full week, 2 hours/day, participants rehearse together and really learn complete songs by legendary artists as they were originally recorded. At the end of each one week session, participants/bands can feel the pride of accomplishment, performing these songs for their friends and family. Open to guitarists, bassists, drummers, vocalists, and keyboard players.

Day Camp for children ages 5 to 11. Camp is focused in individual success and only accepts a maximum of 16 children/day. Campers have daily classes in Music, Arts, Yoga, Dance and Self Defense. We also teach how to make good nutritional and environmental choices by keeping a Creative eco-friendly journal from our amazing field trips!

A talent show to promote Camper's Achievements is presented at end of every "two weeks-attendance" sessions.

Music Makers Camp is about working with every child to find the best way for them to express "their creative ability to enrich their lives and community".

Summer Music Mini-Camp: Beginners & experienced both welcomed. Learn different instruments (guitar, piano, drums, wind/brass, strings) & vocals, create musical arts & crafts and play musical games. Perform for parents at the end of each week!

Summer Music Mini-Institute: Ensemble opportunties for experienced students. Beginners also welcomed (guitar/bass, piano/keyboard, drums/percussion, wind/brass, strings). Includes music appreciation, music theory & music composition. Contest for the best original new song!

Summer Drama Day camps are devoted to building self-esteem and self-confidence via the path of theatre and/or film related performance and technical skills.

Camps are broken down into age appropriate categories offering opportunities to perform, dance, act, sing and work backstage at whatever level a camper is comfortable.

With over 15 years of expereince, the Summer Drama Camp is a valuable option for your childs summer camp experience!

At A Kids Gym we offer preschool summer camp and school age summer camp. We offer half days for preschool or full time for both school age and preschool. Age ranges are between 2 and 14. Each week here at A Kids Gym is themed and will be carried out throughout the week. For example:(tentative) Strut your Stuff week School age will go to Sea World and bowling this week.Bring your kids out and have a great time.

School of Rock Summer Camp, in Orlando, helps musicians or non-musicians who are starting out make that dream become a reality. We put together like-minded people at the same levels of experience, provide exciting music for them to play, and match them with a professional musician/teacher who helps them practice their set for a live performance.

It all culminates with a PERFORMANCE where your child takes center stage to live out their musical dreams in front of friends and family. Performances will be held weekly during all Summer Camp sessions every Fridays!

The performances will take place on a HUGE stage with a phenomenal lighting system, lasers, fog/haze machines, and a PROFESSIONAL sound system for your kids to JAM out on and to perform the songs they have learned.

Discount Music Center's School of Rock Summer Campstudents learn music by making music. They start playing on the first day and improve daily as individual musicians and as a band.

Children in kindergarten through second grade can develop an early awareness of rhythm, movement, singing and drama during the Tell Me a Tale with Grow and Sing Studios summer camp at the University Unitarian Universalist Society. The lesson features a new tale from around the world, explored through multi-instrument and multi-cultural elements each day. It's an around-the-imagination adventure of stories from Europe, Malaysia, South Africa and other cultures. Each day children will participate in music, drama and art class. Home materials are included, which feature the Tell Me a Tale book, a CD, a pair of lummi sticks and a poster. Art supplies, a snack and five free plays are also included. Children must be potty trained. Please contact Tell Me a Tale with Grow and Sing Studios if any child older than seven wants to participate. Payment plans are available on the website's registration page.

For ages 4 to 7: Introduction to Music: course develops the musical ear, rhythm, memory, concentration, and coordination. Deisgned to impart a permanent love for music in young children, this fun and interactive course will actually preapre your child for serious musical studies. Campers get a proper introduction to all musical instrumetns, and can even name them by sight and sound. Includes elements of Etiquette Course at lunchtime. Small class size ensures a good student to teacher ratio and plenty of individual attention for studetns. Recital for parents on last day of camp.

For ages 7 and up: Guitar Camp

For ages 8 to 16: Etiquette Camp: Because Good Manners are for LIFE!
Topics covered include: Why Manners are so Important, Speaking to Adults, Dress Codes for Different Occasions,
62 Table Manners, and MUCH MORE. Optional catered 4 course tutorial lunch at end of camp.
