5. Chicago Filmmakers Digital Moviemaking Summer Camp - Our camp is perfect for any young, aspiring filmmaker or anyone interested in film/ video.

Emphasizing the idea of film as art, campers will enjoy bringing their imaginations to the screen as they learn about pre-production planning, storyboarding, digital video cameras, lighting, sound, shot composition, and computer editing. This will be a hands-on, creative, and fun opportunity for camper to express themselves, share and develop their own talents. They will work collaboratively on group projects and each student will receive a DVD copy at the end of the camp. We will schedule a screening of the work at Chicago Filmmakers for family and friends to view.
