Benefic Chamber Music Camp at Ball State University is a unique week-long learning experience designed to enhance chamber music and collaborative skills for string and wind students ages 15 to 20 (High School grades 9-12 through first years of college.) Activities include daily chamber music coachings, private lessons focused on mastering assigned chamber music repertoire, Guest Artist Masterclasses, Faculty Concerts, Students Chamber Music Performances. Bonus programs offer Musician’s Development Seminars and Workshops. Topics include musician Health and Wellness, art of recording, improvisation, sight-reading, audition preparation and instrument maintenance.
Camp takes place at the Music Instruction Building that features elite instructional facilities and the state-of-the-art Sursa Performance Hall.

The Great Lake Music Camp is operated by a group of musicians who understand the importance of music in the development of today’s youth.
