In a jam packed 3 week session, campers will “major” in the sport of their choice at our state-of-the-art facility, while experiencing everything a traditional camp has to offer. We strongly believe in structure at camp and have developed a program that allows campers to devote themselves to the “Major” activity for which they have the most passion, while at the same time experiencing everything camp has to offer. Our camp is nestled in the western foothills of Maine on Long Lake. We are 3 hours north of Boston.

Camp Wildwood has flourished for over five decades because of three elements: its people, its program, and its philosophy. Camp directors Mark and Peter Meyer have owned and operated Camp Wildwood since 1980. They believe in a hands-on approach, meeting every day with their carefully selected administration and staff to discuss program improvements, daily activities, intercamp games, and remedies for any of yesterday's problems. The Meyer brothers believe that the best way to teach children is to work and learn along with them. That is why they know each boy by name.

The Maine Golf, Tennis and Hockey Academy's only purpose is to provide campers with a wholesome atmosphere and excellence of instruction. We are a 100 year old, family owned and operated, specialty combination summer camp. Campers live on a crystal clear lake in traditional cabins, with 8 -9 campers and two counselors. Our 4 week program provides a customized curriculum for each camper based on their individual level of skill and aptitude for the game. We only hire the top golf school PGA Instructors and USPTA Tennis instructors giving our campers the latest and most sophisticated training available.
