Gaithersburg Summer Camps

Team Camps Available to boys & girls teams: U9 - U18

In addition to our Community Day and High School Prep Camps, Strictly Soccer Academy offers private team camps throughout the summer. Strictly Soccer Academy trains your team at your field, our coaches come to you! Team Camps are held in the evenings or on the weekend and offers teams the opportunity to train together in a productive environment. The team camp provides a custom-made week of intensive training for club and recreational teams. The team camp can be catered to meet the individual team needs as well as the team skill level; coaches are encouraged to attend each session.

The team camp focuses on individual skill, fitness, team tactics and set plays. Each team will be given an evaluation at the end of the week based on the following set criteria: creating space, attacking play, support play, defensive play and scoring. The team camp will accept teams until slots are filled; teams are encouraged to reserve a week and time period early.

The minimum number of players for the team camp is 10 the maximum 18. (U9-12 minimum of 7 players)

You can register for one or more weeks at our summer venue. We offer pop video which is our most popular camp. Campers will learn a variety of music video style dances and end the week with a music video of their own. Our instructors will teach and perfect the choreography for the video, shoot and edit the video and your child will have a lasting memory to show friends and family.

We also offer Pom camps. These camps are instructed by NBA and Las Vegas choreographer Lea Archer. Students will learn the fundamentals of kicks, lyrical, drill, jumps, and the latest in poms choreography.

Bach To Rock is the Music School for students of all ages. B2R’s unique method is based on the knowledge that students learn best when they join together to play the music they like the most. That’s why we use special arrangements of the music of our time and combine individual lessons with band instruction. Weekly “jam sessions” lead to Battles of the Bands and recording sessions in B2R Studios, our own professional recording facilities. B2R also holds regularly scheduled public concerts that encourage students to become seasoned performers. These creative group activities foster teamwork, build self-esteem and motivate students to perfect their musicianship through independent practice.
