Since 1999 over 130,000 students worldwide have immersed in hands-on learning to create iPhone apps, programs with C++ and Java, video games, websites, movies, 3D models, ad designs, robots, films, and photos. Beginner to advanced students ages 7-17 enroll in these fun and challenging, weeklong, day and overnight summer camps held at 60 prestigious universities nationwide (see below).

Small class sizes (max 8:1) are guaranteed and taught by adult-only instructors, with Teens, pre-Teens, and younger students separated into different classes. Mad Science Summer Camps offer a unique combination of FUN, hands-on activities and extended science investigations to spark the imagination of children. Through group interactions and amazing demonstrations, which focus on a daily theme, children enter into the exciting world of science.

Throughout the summer, Mad Science offers weeklong full-day and half-day science camps for children ages 5-13 at 10+ convenient locations in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

5. Animal Camp - Cub Creek Science Camp - A unique camp offering hands-on curiosity guided activities for the animal, nature and science enthusiast!

Cub Creek Science Camp offers one of the finest summer programs for youth between the ages of 7 - 17 in the Midwest. With over 250 animals of more than 90 differnt species, our campers have more hand-on opportunities to learn about animals than any other camp, anywhere! Every camper is sure to have a spectacular summer experience! All of our program focus on curiosity guided learning, with an emphasis on animals, science and nature study.

At Cub Creek Science Camp campers spend a week at a traditional residential camp, doing all the things you would expect from a camp; swimming, hiking, exploring, roasting marshmallows over a camp fire and making arts and crafts, all while learning about how and why thing work the way they do. (SCIENCE) Campers explore those things that interest them the most. We offer more than 100 activity choices each week, with our "Adopt an Animal Program" high among the favorites.

Camp takes place at Bear River Ranch in Rolla, Missouri (near the center of the state). The Ranch offers air-conditioned cabins, dining hall, animal class room, two free flight aviaries, two animal barns, swimming pool, archery range, internet cafe and hundreds of acres of beautiful Ozarks forest to learn about and explore.

Our more than 250 animals include; kittens, puppies, ferrets, chinchillas, hedgehogs, sugar gliders, degu, llamas, miniture donkey, parrots, cockatoo, conures, parakeets, goats, sheep, rabbits, guinea pigs, snakes, lizards, turtles, frogs, emus and even wallaby (small kangaroo) plus many many more. You will find that there is not other camp like us anywhere!

Our Summer programs runs from the beginning of June through the end of July. One - six week stays are available.
