Located within the Nebraska National Forest, the State 4-H Camp has been serving the youth of Nebraska since 1959. State camp showcases the scenic Sandhills with the world’s largest hand-planted forest. The Epply Lodge highlights State Camp as one of the most endearing main lodge facilities in the state, providing access to large, air conditioned spaces and a grand ballroom with stage. The camp grounds contain sleeping cabins with bathrooms in or near each cabin. Past the cabins, you can find plenty of space on the rec fields to play and explore the wilderness. The grounds also contain our T.R.U.S.T course, waterslide, ranges, and a breathtaking zip line. State camp is ideally located between the Dismal and Loup rivers, perfect for tubing, canoeing, or kayaking down either of the rivers in the warm Nebraska air. We would love to have you as a part of the State 4-H Camp’s traditions, history, and fun.
