Mission Statement
Nebraska Lutheran Outdoor Ministries is the camping, conferencing and retreating ministry of the Nebraska Synod, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.


NLOM is called to provide places set apart for people of all ages to grow in Christ.
NLOM encourages spiritual renewal for the whole person by providing encounters with the Word, nurturing an awareness of creation as God’s gift, and offering opportunities for worship, recreation, and the development of relationships.

Response

In seeking to fulfill its mission, NLOM operates in three distinct areas:

Camping Programs
Retreat & Conference Program
Leadership Development

NLOM collaborates with congregations, agencies, institutions and special ministries of the church and with other similar camping and retreat programs in many creative and effective ways.

NLOM is commited to responsibly sharing the resources the ministry is given and generates with others.
