FOR KIDS ONLY...keep reading! Everything you want from a summer camp is at Fairview Lake YMCA. When you sign up for our traditional sleep away camp, you get to make your own schedule and choose the activities you like most! Our great activities include windsurfing/sailing, archery, arts & crafts, canoeing, rock climbing, dance, drama, in-line skating, kayaking, high and low-ropes courses, snorkeling, street hockey, swimming, voice, guitar, and of course tons of other sports options. We also have a horseback riding camp and other specialty camps for tennis, fine arts, sailing/windsurfing. Some of these specialty camps are only for boys and others are only for girls. If you are the adventurous type, you might want to sign up for one of our challenging adventure trips where you can do some real rock climbing, backpacking, canoeing safaris, fishing, biking or cave exploring.

For more than 50 years, summers at Appel Farm have sparked the imaginations of thousands of young people as they interacted with artists from around the world in a beautiful part of rural southern New Jersey. Safety, community, personal growth, and fun have always guided our program and continue to ensure that every child experiences a summer that will last a lifetime. Our dynamic learning program, with classes in music, theater, dance, visual arts, photography, video, recording arts, and creative writing, sports and swim, places emphasis on the creative process, hands-on learning and collaborative projects as campers work toward performances and exhibitions for their families to enjoy at the end of each session. With a balanced schedule of classes, free-time, workshops, trips, campfires, performances and special events, summers at Appel Farm are full of fun!

Most of our campers, boys and girls age 9-17, attend for 4 weeks, though a two-week session is a great way to try out camp for the first time. Sessions can be combined in order to stay for 6 or 8 weeks. With only two opening days, campers start together for each set of sessions.

Our mission is to provide performers with tools, technical training, and information to learn about the world of musical theatre. This project could not happen anywhere else but here. The concept of this intensive is unprecedented. Students will take class and rehearse with a comprehensive array of industry professionals, learn every aspect of the theatre, and showcase what they have learned in a performance

The camp runs from July 9th to August 17th in two-week specialized programs, for grades 4th-9th. The camp day starts at 8:30 a.m. and is filled with fun, educational activities until the close of the day at 4:30 p.m. Pre-camp and After-camp care is available for an extra fee.

Workshops in Acting, Voice, and Movement. Full productions at the end of each session. Students work on ALL ASPECTS of productions. Weekly trips to BROADWAY SHOWS, on our AIR CONDITIONED buses. Late Nights! All in our renovated professional theatre. Our 17th season of outstanding Youth Theatre.

This exceptional program is designed for children to participate in the Arts of Acting, Movement, and Singing. This is an opportunity for even young children to work with professional artists and develop their confidence as well as their talent in a safe, nurturing environment.

Tuition includes all transportation and tickets to Broadway shows.

Located in Berkely Heights NJ, The Wharton Music Center is offer a general camp in the arts called "Who's Got Talent". Focusing on a variety of activities in the arts the ages range from 5 to 14 years old. Campers can enroll for the week, day or full summer.

Surflight Theatre, located on Long Beach Island, New Jersey, will be offering a morning summer camp for the budding performer! STARS is pleased to provide classes for all ages and levels in a variety of subjects (acting, voice, musical theatre, ballet, tap, jazz, children's dance). Students will get a chance to study with theatre and dance professionals from all over the country. The session runs for 6 weeks from July 3rd-August 13th. Our mission is to give children a fun filled week discovering many aspects of the performing arts with classes in dancing, acting, and singing while studying the stage productions of a different Broadway show each week with instruction in costuming, props, sets, and makeup. Students’ days are filled with acting, voice, and dance classes, rehearsals, crafts, games, playtime, and snacks. Each week ends with a different performance for family and friends!

We also hold intensive Dance and Acting programs for pre-professionals ages 13-18. Classes are run by industry professionals and optional NYC trips are offered.

8-week summer program for approximately 100 children ages 5-14 from 9:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Our aim is to provide enriching activities which include daily Bible study, educational, grade-related review of math, reading and writing in a fun environment, crafts, swimming, trips to State Parks, community service projects and at the conclusion of the program a trip to an amusement park.
