1. ARTScape and Teen Arts Summer Day Camp - ARTScape & Teen Arts are an-arts focused camp featuring morning classes in dance, music, theater and visual arts.
Day Camp - Coed - New York, New-York

ARTScape & Teen Arts classes are taught by The Harlem School of the Arts' faculty, many of whom are professional artists currently working in their chosen fields. Field trips further enhance children's exposure to the arts. ARTScape campers will visit The Lucille Lortel Theater to see a new musical, the Children's Museum of Manhattan, the Bronx Zoo, The New York Hall of Science, South Street Seaport and more.

Children engage in community service by creating handmade cards for seniors or helping to maintain the gardens in Riverside Park. Counselors are graduate, college-age or college-bound students who have experience working with children and a love of the arts. Many of our counselors are musicians, dancers, actors and visual artists.

Wee Arts (Ages 4-7). Choose from Visual Arts, Creative Dance, Percussion, Chorus, Acting, Piano and string instruments.

Crescendo (Ages 8-11). Choose from classes in Visual Arts, Acting, Guitar, Percussion, Photography, Music Theory, Ballet, Chorus, African, Modern and Hip-Hop Dance, Piano, Strings and Woodwinds.

Teen Arts trips include visits to artists' studios, city museums, films, concerts, comedy shows, parks, theater productions, and college/university tours and visits.

Class offerings for Teen Arts:
Hip-Hop Dance, Photography, Graphic & Web Design, Slam Poetry, music courses involving the recording studio and African-Latin Percussion.

Workshops and activities:
Film-making, Photo Documentation, Mosaics, Mural Painting, Art Portfolio Development, Resume Writing, Music Videos and Fashion Shows and visiting musicians and artists in all disciplines.

Private lessons, dance intensive, half- and full-day, extended morning and evening care are all available.

ARTScape Hours: 8:30 am-5:30 pm
Teen Arts: 9:30 am-5:30 pm

The ARTScape & Teen Arts summer program will culminate with end-of-session performances in dance, music and theater and a visual arts exhibition.


2. Passport NYC - Passport NYC: Join teens entering 9th-11th grades, for an amazing sleepaway camp experience that celebrates creativity, social responsibility and Jewish values. Dive into one of five specialties: Music, Film, Culinary, Fashion or Baseball
Resident Camp - Coed - New York, New-York

Experience New York City like a New Yorker at the 92nd Street Y's Passport NYC. Join other teens entering 9th-11th grades, for an amazing sleepaway camp experience.

Music, Film, Culinary, Fashion, & Baseball

Learn from NYC's top creative talent, experience New York culture and perform not-so-random acts of kindness. Learn how you can make a difference while making friends from all over, in a totally cool, totally New York environment.

Choose from five exciting specialties along with 30+ hours of community service– Campers will be living in the 92nd Street Y’s de Hirsch Residence on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, working and playing 5-8 hours a day in their chosen specialty and experiencing the best that NYC has to offer. 3. Precollege Summer Camps at New York University - Precollege Summer Camps give precollege and college age students one-of-a-kind, in-depth, concentrated learning experiences in game design, fashion design, web design, money management, entrepreneurship, and more.

Get Ready for the Coolest Summer Ever

Welcome to Precollege Summer Camps at NYU's School of Continuing and Professional Studies (SCPS). Students find themselves in the ideal environment to make lasting connections with industry professionals and to form friendships with interesting peers from all over the world.

NYU-SCPS Summer Camps are designed to provide a deeply enriching, intense period of study in subjects that fire the imagination while instilling confidence and pride by engaging fully in the creative process, from taking on artistic challenges to thoughtful and strategic problem solving. Students will develop expertise in a new or existing area of interest. NYU will provide a unique learning experience that is both fun and social, stimulating and purposeful. Camps are one to five weeks in length. Classes and activities are full day, five days a week. Class sizes are small to give each student individual attention.
