Campers have fun, grow, make new friends, experience a wide range of activities, discover and expand their interests and talents. With the help of our highly trained and caring staff, campers build self-confidence and character while forming lasting friendships. Simply put, the Mandel JCC offers one of the area’s best and most well-rounded day camp experiences.
Each summer, campers improve swimming skills, perform on stage, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, and a host of water activities, create arts and crafts projects, explore nature on hiking trails, learn archery skills, and compete in athletic programs that teach skill development, sportsmanship, and team participation.
Anisfield Day Camp, accredited by the American Camp Association, is one amazing camp with 2 fabulous sites. Campers entering grades 1-2 remain at the Mandel JCC Beachwood campsite while campers entering grades 3-6 travel to our beautiful country campsite set on over 80 acres in Burton. Features include a lake for canoeing, kayaking and an AquaJump.
