Planet Kids is one of the largest private day-camps in Canada, annually serving more than 3,800 children and youth. Campers can hike, swim, rock climb, ride a horse, design computer animations, enhance their leadership skills, create a work of art, act & produce, see exotic animals, and much more! 2. Centauri Summer Arts Camp - A residential camp specialising in the arts. Campers choose a program from Theatre, Dance (Hip hop, Jazz, Ballet), Creative Writing, Acting for TV & Film, Fine Arts, Musical Theatre and more!
Resident Camp - Coed - Wellandport, Ontario

Arts training in a sleep over camp community. Boys and Girls ages 9 to 18. Campers can choose a specialist programs from: Theatre, Dance, Fine Art, Creative Writing, Stage Combat, Photography, Digital Arts, Musical Theatre, Design and more! One specialist is chosen per session which the camper attends for 4 hours a day. Each afternoon campers can choose from a variety of elective workshops in each of the arts, sports and crafts.

PROGRAM The kids were working hard thorough out the year and they have earned some rest and relaxation. We, at Discovery Land Camp, truly believe that even rest is a good occasion to learn more. Our camp gives invaluable opportunity to children to discover new activities, find new friends and learn unusual, yet practical, skills. But most of all – it is a good way to discover yourself, improve physical conditioning, gain self-confidence and push the limits to the next level.
Superhero course. Our “Never give up” philosophy helps children learn to trust their own strength and power and to develop the skills that only rare people, like SUPERHEROES, have! The course is designed to raise self- esteem. The campers will be proud of their own achievements and will have good reasons for it!

Learn & Perform a Play in One week!

In a positive and safe learning environment, kids will direct and write their own scenes and create and design a mask for the character they create! Children will learn lyrics and dance choreography to a Broadway song, engage in fun & challenging improv exercises. All levels will choose a monologue for the show case performance. Imagination & Sensory exercises will help to develop different characters.

5. Samba Kidz - Young artists will open their minds to the arts and discover their own strengths and creativity through music, drama, art and stage production.
Day Camp - Coed - Toronto, Ontario

Samba Kidz provides an environment for self-expression and exploring individual strengths, demonstrating the importance of process, practice, and the value of team work.

Music is led by Rick Shadrach Lazar, creator and artistic director of Samba Squad. Drama and art are led by Red Pepper Spectacle Arts, creative directors of the annual Kensington Festival of Lights. Other staff includes qualified school teachers, social workers, and artists with first aid training.

At Samba Kidz we go "behind the curtain" to explore rhythms, creativity, and expression. Working together, young artists participate in all aspects of their final performance. As a group young artists create "a whole that is greater than the sum of the parts."

6. Wits End Equestrian Centre - All About Horses day camp is a very special experience. Highly qualified coaches make it lots of fun. Kids love our programs.
Resident Camp - Day Camp - Coed - Lakefield, Ontario

All About Horses day camp includes 3 hours of riding each day and lots of fun activities, all related to horses. Riders are always amazed at how much they learn here. Parents often email to let us know the kids are still talking about it all winter long. We offer a few residential spots on request.

Each year we challenge ourselves to make it the best summer ever!

Riders are matched to horses that suit their age, size and riding ability. Our helpers keep it fun and memorable.

7. Arts by the Lake at Long Bay Camp - Youth Summer Camp, founded in 1984, offers Arts by the Lake - a visual arts, drama, music and dance program. Short drive from Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.

Long Bay’s exciting Arts by the Lake program includes visual arts, drama, music, and dance taught by qualified, caring, and talented instructors. Located on beautiful spring-fed Bobs Lake near Westport, Ontario, Long Bay Camp takes pride in its well-cared-for facility that allows campers to explore nature in a safe, natural environment. Along with the cool arts program, campers will have opportunities to participate in field sports like soccer, volleyball, Ultimate Frisbee and many camp games. Enjoy campfires, nature hikes, swimming and canoeing too. Our campers will feel at home while learning, growing and making new friends.
