We provide campers with over 30 activities, weekly field trips to Ontario's biggest attraction, nightly activities, and much much more. Our health/ nutrition and lifestyle classes will help campers keep the weight off, and retain what they learned about weight loss once they return home. We will deal with the issues most of us face and work on solutions and alternatives. Our residential camp sessions run from 2 to 9 weeks.
