2. Summer Drama Camps- 10 Locations!
Day Camp
Coed
Portland, Oregon

If you only enroll your child in one summer camp this year, make it this one!
The Young Players is Oregon's largest drama outreach program serving thousands of kids in over a hundred schools.Every summer, we offer a handful of play camps at various schools all around the Portland area. We often hear from parents that our week-long drama camp was the most fun camp experience their child ever had!

We gather a group of children and inspire them to put on their own play.
They cast it, rehearse, make their set, props and costumes out of "found objects."
It is truly an engaging, imaginative experience. The end result looks like the kids put on a play in the backyard, under the brilliant direction of a team of theatre professionals!

Every child receives a meaningful, colorful part. In most cases, every young actor is onstage the entire time.
