Haverford Summer Camps

From recruiting and scholarships to NCAA regulations and eligibility, we’ll ensure that you are adequately prepared for college testing, the application process and the coach’s interviews. In addition, you’ll never miss a day of practice with our in-depth golf instruction, advanced video swing analysis, and course-management program. Guest speakers include college coaches such as O.D. Vincent (Duke University), Michael Hughes (Brown University), Scott Allen (Univ. of Pennsylvania) and Sam Puryear (Michigan State University).

By your request, the Pre-College Golf Experience at the Julian Krinsky School of Golf offers advanced students the exclusive opportunity to learn what it takes to play on the collegiate level. In addition to in-depth instruction, advanced video swing analysis and course-management coaching, you’ll receive tips on preparing your college applications and working within recruiting guidelines while getting the facts about athletic scholarships. Guest speakers, including Division I college coaches from around the country, will share their experiences to let you know what you can expect college life to be like as a student athlete.

Julian Krinsky High School/Pre-College Enrichment is an outstanding opportunity for students 14 to 17 years old to experience the excitement and challenge of college life.


Located at Haverford College, one of America’s top liberal arts schools, Enrichment offers expert instruction in the arts, cooking, business, SAT Prep and dozens of other popular subjects along with sports, activities, trips and special programs. It all adds up to a great summer experience!

The Majors are Business, Music, Fashion, Cooking, Community Service, and SAT/ACT/PSAT Prep. These academic courses focus on the progressive development of skills and knowledge, with students working toward a final project, presentation or performance. Drawn mostly from top local schools and colleges, our instructors are career educators who have devoted their professional lives to the educational, emotional and social development of young people.

Discovery courses cover an incredibly wide range of interesting subjects. This is your chance to explore new ideas, skills and experiences in a friendly atmosphere of discovery and growth. Why not try something for the first time? We have several groups for each class and will make sure you’re in the right one for your level of experience.

Haverford College is a private college conveniently located on Philadelphia’s prestigious Main Line, a half-hour from Center City and approximately two hours from New York City and Washington, D.C. It has a beautiful 216-acre tree-lined campus with classically beautiful stone buildings and excellent classrooms, dormitories and sports facilities.

Since 1978, we’ve been helping young players make dramatic improvements in their tennis game. Give yourself the Julian Krinsky Tennis Camp advantage! Since 1978, we’ve been helping young players make dramatic improvements in their tennis game by enhancing fundamentals, focusing on strategy, and creating a supportive, competitive environment.

Our tennis programs focus on skill refinement, practice and match play to develop consistent, well-rounded tennis players. Each player is taught through personal attention and repetition in an enjoyable, challenging tennis camp atmosphere with players at his or her level.

For serious tournament players, we provide intensive tennis training to develop the physical and mental skills needed to excel in competitive play.

The Julian Krinsky School of Golf uses state-of-the-art video analysis to improve your strokes. Your complete golf game will be recorded at our indoor analysis center using Doppler radar to capture over 700 data points during your swing. You’ll get to compare your swing to your favorite golfers, check the flight and trajectory of your ball, custom fit your putter and track your progress during golf camp. Plus, you’ll receive your complete summer swing analysis online so you can login to view your progress anytime.

Practices and golf lessons are conducted on 25 golf courses and driving ranges, most covered for all-weather use.
