Our youngest counselor is entering their sophomore year of college. There is no Junior Staff Program at Cayuga. The staff/camper ratio is 1 to 4.

ACTIVITY PROGRAM:
Campers, entering 5th grade & higher, select their own activities each morning after breakfast. Campers can sign-up with their friends, so they can attend the same activities together that day. Younger campers travel together as a “cabin group” to activities under the direct supervision of their counselor. Flexible Sessions: 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks.

TEEN PROGRAM:
Cayuga’s property is divided into 2 campuses. Teen Campus is reserved exclusively for teenagers. It houses campers entering 8th to 10th grade who are 13 years old (or older) before arriving at camp. Junior Campus houses campers entering 1st to 8th grade who are 13 years old or younger.

2. Travel for Teens - We provide Community Service, Language Immersion and Cultural Immersion programs all over the world. Come enjoy the experience of a lifetime!
Resident Camp - Travel Camp - Coed - Wayne, Pennsylvania

Travel for Teens believes that teen travel should be both fun and enriching. Our programs feature choice in what you do, see, and experience, a dynamic that sets us apart from superficial tours that herd large groups from one site to another.

Travel for Teens has grown exponentially over the years, from one trip to Paris in 2003 to 35 programs covering 24 countries on 5 continents today. In Europe, Thailand, Southern Africa, the United States, Costa Rica, Australia, and New Zealand, we visit the best of the mainstream attractions while offering the opportunity to explore the culture from a less ‘touristy’ perspective. We interact with our host cultures, taking cooking and dance lessons, performing valuable service work to help local communities, and conversing with the people who have spent their lives living in the places we journey to.

We have crafted our unique programs to engender love for travel, hunger for learning, curiosity about differences, appreciation of similarities across cultures, and an understanding of what it means to be a global citizen. We look forward to traveling with you!

Friendly, High-Energy Teachers and Counselors

Junior Enrichment Camp features separate teaching and residential counseling staffs to provide the ideal combination of expert instruction and attentive supervision. Drawn mostly from top local schools and colleges, our instructors are career educators who have devoted their professional lives to the educational, emotional and social development of young people. Classes are lively, exciting, interactive and provocative — frequently sparking discussions that continue throughout the day.

Residential counselors live and work with small groups of enrichment campers to ensure full-time supervision. Our counselors are typically college seniors or older specializing in education or hospitality. They provide friendship, support and guidance — checking in with each junior camper several times a day to monitor his or her well-being, activities and comfort. In particular, they help campers with decision-making, scheduling, day-to-day problems and enjoying Julian Krinsky Enrichment Camp to the fullest. Campers have full-time access to counselors outside of class time.

We get stacks of letters from our campers and families filled with praise for our counselors — words like enthusiastic, responsible, good-humored, patient and caring. You’ll enjoy spending a few weeks with them this summer too!
Julian Krinsky Tennis and Golf

During afternoon activity periods, campers may work with the certified teaching professionals from our world-famous schools of tennis and golf. Whether just beginning or advanced, campers receive individualized attention in all areas of the game, from stroke fundamentals to tournament-level skills. (Additional cost for afternoon golf).
