Campers leave EPIC Adventures with a better understanding of themselves, leadership skills, the world around them, outdoor skills, and much more. Campers not only fully participate in all of the activities but learn how to do them on their own once they leave camp. Aside from safety, our number one goal is that campers have fun and leave more confident it what they can accomplish.
Activities include Backpacking, Kayaking, Rafting, Rock Climbing, Camping, Cooking, Building Shelters, Caving, Canyoneering, Team Building, and Hiking. Activities are age appropriate and adjusted to each camper’s abilities helping to build confidence. All major gear is provided and comprehensive instruction is provided by well trained knowledgeable staff. Group sizes are small with a true 4:1 camper to guide ratio. Our coed guides have all completed at least one year of college, First Aid / CPR certified, have a passion for the outdoors and enjoy sharing the outdoors with teens.
