Along with a progressive horse program, Stevens Ranch on the Brazos offers themed weeks as well as specialty sessions. Specialty sessions include: Camp Chef, a photography session, a "Hammocks and Ceramics" session, a bicycling session and a primative camping session.

Themes include: Glitz and Glam, "Looney Tunes", Soaring among the stars, Wild wild West,Every Day is a Holiday, and Treasure Island.
