Camp Basics

‣Position Teachings - Proper technique

‣Speed - Proper running mechanics for the sport and position

‣Agility - Eliminate false step and improve lateral reaction for the sport and position

‣Power - Proper strength training and plyometrics for the sport and position

‣Conditioning - Sport-related conditioning to improve work capacity

‣Flexibility - Increasing joint and muscle range of motion and durability

Nutrition

‣Nutrition 101 - Understand how to fuel and hydrate the body to achieve peak performance before, during, and after games and practices

Camp Stewart is Traditional Resident Summer Camp for over 84 years offering fun and friends for boys age 6 to 16. Located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country on the cool banks of the Guadalupe River. Campers come from all over the United States, Mexico, and Europe. Activites include horseback, polocrosse, equitation, show jumping, swimming, ceramics, tennis, basketball, sports of all types, baseball, fencing, target sports, skeet shooting, golf and many more.
