A farm, wilderness, and traditional program which nurtures the child while fostering a connection with the land and the simple joys of childhood. Gwynn Valley Camp has staff openings for males, females, and married couples from the U.S. as well as International staff from around the world. Our camp is known for our Farm, which produces 70% of the food we eat over the summer, an 1890's Grist Mill, and our Wilderness programs. In addition we offer two older programs called 'Riverside' and 'Mountainside' designed to give the older children (11-14) challenges through adventure activities(climbing, paddling, backpacking, & mountain biking) while providing them with the opportunity to have more responsibility for themselves, the environment, and the community around them.

Gwynn Valley's staff is what makes each summer a success. We hire creative, fun, inspiring individuals who demonstrate a desire to work with younger children and who have strong character, leadership skills, and experience to teach in our program areas. Our staff is made up of people from all over the world and these diverse cultures are an important part of Gwynn Valley. Countries such as Scotland, England, Ireland, France, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Brazil, Japan, India, Australia, and New Zealand have been represented at camp. In addition, we have staff from many US states.
