We need conscientious, fun-loving people willing to work hard and be positive role-models as counselors, activity instructors, and wilderness trip leaders. We are looking for mature, responsible, and qualified people to be part of our awesome trip leading staff. If you have a passion for the outdoors and want to share it with children, contact us! Our Trip Leaders lead canoeing, backpacking, sea kayaking and rock climbing trips all over the Lake Superior region and Canada, including Isle Royale, Boundary Waters, Pictured Rocks, and more! We take a team approach with our Trips Staff, with all 11 trip leaders sharing a voice in training and logistics. Training includes out-sourced certification courses as well as 16 days of in-house training in hard skills and soft skills preparing you to do outstanding work with our campers. With help from experts in the fields of outdoor leadership and child development, you will be ready!
