CAMP SEALTH - NOW HIRING FOR 2010!

Camp Sealth operates summer resident and day camp for youth ages 4-17, and Environmental Education for students ages 6-14. Owned by Camp Fire USA, Sealth's mission is to build caring, confident youth and future leaders. Located on 400 acres of waterfront on Vashon Island, WA, Sealth is rich in forest, wetland and marine environments. In the summer, approximately 250-300 campers each session participate in activities including sailing, horseback riding, archery, arts and crafts, canoeing, rowing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, hiking, backpacking/camping, outdoor living skills, nature/environmental studies, sports, games, teen adventure trips and more. In the spring, Environmental Education provides local schools with outdoor education in core curriculum areas: forest, marine and wetland ecologies, sustainability, astronomy, and outdoor living skills.
