Look no further for the best summer job you will ever have! Crossroads for Kids will be hiring outstanding role models and leaders (18+ years old) to inspire youth ages 7 - 17 who are living in at-risk environments. We have general, specialist and leadership positions available from June - August 2008, working at our incredible residential summer camp programs in Duxbury, Brewster and Ashby, MA. Our three locations each have a different and unique program so there’s something great for every skill or interest you may have;** Camp Wing in Duxbury – ages 7 – 16 - this is our flagship site and our largest camp, offering a traditional camp program and warm family environment for youth from at-risk environments.
** Camp Mitton in Brewster (Cape Cod) – ages 7 – 12 - this is our smallest camp in a beautiful location between two ponds, working with kids in crisis in a more therapeutic program.
** C5 New England in Ashby (near Fitchburg) – ages 13 – 16 - this is our teen leadership program in a beautiful setting just south of the NH border. If you want to inspire the next generation of leaders this program is for you!
We offer competitive summer salaries and accommodations. There is time off each day and one full day each week to enjoy Boston and Cape Cod. We hire staff from throughout the USA as well as internationally. Staff who work with our programs leave after just one summer with so many skills that would take years to develop in a regular job – leadership, team building, conflict resolution, problem solving, project management, and outstanding organizational skills – along with a professional reference.
