All counselors are general counselors with emphasis placed on one teaching area. The most important aspect of being a counselor concerns the relationships you help to develop with and among the girls. General counselor duties include bunk counseling, trip counseling, supervising meals, and other general duties. If you are the type of person who can create a positive atmosphere and have a genuine interest in working with children, we encourage you to apply.

Our small, closely knit Walden family of 140-150 girls, ages 9-15, enables each camper the opportunity to fully develop their own personality and skills.
