Indemnification and General Agreement

1. By submitting your information on-line you and your organization warrants and represents that none of the materials prepared or information furnished to The Camp Channel for use in the Resources section is inaccurate or infringes any copyright, is libelous or otherwise violates the rights of other persons and that Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Camp Channel and its affiliates and any of their officers directors, employees, agents and successors and assigns harmless of and from any and all actions, suits, proceedings, judgments demands or claims, (whether valid or invalid) liabilities, losses or expenses (including attorney's fees) are incurred with respect to third party claims relating to such matters.

2. In addition, you agree to receive periodic Resource informational updates from the Camp Channel at a frequency of no greater once every three months on average over the course of a year.
