Activities include Outdoor Education: hiking, backpacking, nature studies, horseback riding, rafting and high ropes challenges; Creative Expressions: drama, arts & crafts, pottery, woodworking, and photography; Computer Skills: word processing and graphic design for the ACSD newsletter; Western Heritage: study of Native American cultures, western history and folklore, and: Special Events; Career Days with visiting Deaf professionals, our Community Open House and MORE!!!
REQUIRED FLUENT in sign language both receptively and expressively. Age 21+ preferred.
The ACSD also offers exciting winter programs and sign language classes every fall and spring.
