Camp Agnes Arnold Girl Scout camp offers a wide range of activities for girls of all ages. Our gorgeous camp setting, friendly staff & the wonderful choices available to our campers are waiting to be shared with your daughter this summer.
Camp Agnes Arnold is one of three resident camps owned by Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council. Located in Conroe Texas, it shares a 1,000 acre property with sister camp Misty Meadows.
Catering to campers as young as 6 years of age, Agnes Arnold is a perfect location for your child this summer. We have a large picturesque lake for canoeing, fishing, snorkeling or paddle boating & our 30 foot war canoes brings adventure & spirit to each camper.
For older campers looking for a challenge, Agnes Arnold offers an excellent high & low elements challenge course as well extended out of camp trips exploring caving, rock climbing, rapelling & river rafting.
We have 7 miles of wooded hiking & biking trails to explore on property & lot's of friendly wildlife to be discovered along the way.
Our Fishing Village offers excellent cabin accommodations overlooking Shadow Lake & campers can unwind with their friends & leaders sitting under the light house or on the cabin decks. Our elevated tree houses are lots of fun for campers, who enjoy watching wildlife from the observation deck. Or, your daughter may stay in a platform tents, surrounded by pine trees and cool breezes.
We have a huge selection of activities to offer, including self defense, archery, canoeing, drama, swimming, science, ecology, hiking, biking, fishing, journalism, sign language, soccer, volleyball... the list goes on & on.
Camp Agnes Arnold is accredited by the American Camp Association & staffed by enthusiastic, caring, fun young role models.
Our nutritious meals are provided by on site food service providers & we cater to campers & staff with special nutritional requirements.
