More About Camp
Camp Coelho provides a safe, residential camping experience for children with epilepsy full of fun, nature-oriented activities that help promote self-esteem, self-confidence and independence as well as build long-lasting friendships. Camp is open to all children that are residents of California. Campers must be between the ages of 9-15 and diagnosed by a physician as having a primary diagnosis of Epilepsy. Campers must be on some form of anti-convulsant therapy during camp. Children will be considered for admission after completion of the camp application and review by our medical staff. Camp costs are covered through fundraising and donations.
Camp Coelho 2011 will occur on the week of August 7-12
