Camp Pennyroyal is a beautiful woodland site located 15 miles south of Owensboro, Kentucky. The camp features a brand new lodge, hiking trails, and a peaceful eight-acre lake for swimming, canoeing, and kayaking. The swimming area consists of a well-guarded crib (a shallow aluminum pool built into the lake for safety), roped-off swimming area, diving board, and water slide. Pennyroyal has a lodge for meals, a large arts and crafts shelter, a central shower house for daily showers, a Health Center, and an amphitheatre for skits and campfires.
