During each of our four summer sessions, campers participate in creative projects, sports, and outdoor experiences. Days are action packed! Campers swim, canoe, climb mountains and camp out. They improve learning skills in the Reading Center. Creative talents are nurtured in arts, crafts, and other enrichment activities. All activities are are individualized to each child's abilities. Adventures and friendships abound at Ramapo, providing opportunities for campers to learn to live within a group; form productive relationships; develop confidence; and recognize the benefits of good choices and the consequences of poor choices. Ramapo promotes character values such as honesty, concern for others, responsibility, and the courage to do one's best.
