More About Camp
For 100 years, Camp Wise has been a special place for kids and staff of all ages. Located 30 miles east of Cleveland on 250 acres of rolling hills and lush forests, there is always something special to discover at Camp Wise. Established as part of the Cleveland Jewish Community Center, Camp Wise serves nearly 500 kids from all over Ohio and the rest of the United States.
Our diverse programming provides countless opportunities for campers to learn, challenge themselves, and grow. Our activities include nature, arts and crafts, drama, sports, ropes course, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, climbing, horseback riding and so much more! Every day at Camp Wise is an adventure in self-discovery, community-building, and fun.
In the past two years, camp has experienced a 40% increase in camper enrollment; here are some of the many reasons why:
