Chinqueka for girls is a private residential camp located in the rolling hills of Litchfield County, Connecticut. We are family owned and operated and ACA accredited. Our program includes 30 different activities to choose from each day!

More About Camp
Our program includes instructional morning periods and afternoon electives, with over 30 different activities to choose from each day! Our traditions began in 1900 at Awosting (our brother camp) and 1955 at Chinqueka. We pride ourselves in the traditions of concern for others, respect for the environment, and individual accomplishment. Last summer we had campers and staff from all over the United States and from more than 15 different countries. All campers, new or returning, feel at home with us very quickly. We also offer a first time camper 1 week session in August!
