More About Camp
Davis’ Farmland Jr. Farmer Day Camp is a full day camp program focused on caring for and preserving endangered livestock while offering a traditional camp experience. Every day, Jr. Farmers will participate in small group activities focusing on our animals: ponies, cows, goats, birds, sheep, llamas & alpacas. Campers are divided into small groups based on age with a maximum of 6 campers per counselor. The camp experience is rounded out with animal themed crafts, nature hikes on the grounds of Davis’ Farmland, fun science experiments, pony rides and a special Outback Safari Hayride. Of course, campers will also get the opportunity to visit Adventure Play & Spray, New England’s most splashtacular zero-depth water park. We know you’re busy, so we provide lunch and an afternoon snack each day! On Fridays, come share in the fun with our Campfire Night – complete with song-a-longs and s’mores. Camp runs from late June-early August, 9:30-4:00 Monday-Friday. Extended morning and evening hours are available. All counselors are CORI checked.
