Dorothy P. Flint Nassau County 4-H Camp offers a variety of outdoor educational opportunities for schools, youth groups and community organizations. Groups can schedule educational programs and rent camp facilities. The camp is operated by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Nassau County. The camp is located on 140 acres of woodlands, farmland and beachfront adjacent to the Long Island Sound in Riverhead, NY. This natural setting includes a 40 acre working farm, low and high ropes challenge course, Nature Center, indoor and outdoor horseback riding arena, riding trails, open areas for recreation and meeting spaces. The camp sits at the gateway to the Long Island East End with its many natural and historic point of interest.
