Camp Character is a three night, four day camp for children with special needs. It is located in northern Minnesota and the cabins are overlooking Eagle Lake. The campers will participate in high and low ropes course activities, including a zip line. They will learn character skills such as etiquette, communication, team building, trust, confidence, and much more. It is an outdoor based, hand-on environment that is staff by teachers, social workers, and highly trained staff. It is a 4:1 ratio and we are accredited by American Camp Association. We have been in existence since 2006 and the campers continue to return each summer. We are here to serve youth with special needs, focus on their strengths, and give them character skills to succeed.
