More About Camp
JCC Maccabi Camp Kingswood is the overnight camp of the Jewish Community Centers of Greater Boston, the first camping affiliate of the JCC Maccabi movement and a constituent agency of the Combined Jewish Philanthropies of Greater Boston. The JCC acquired Kingswood's facilities in 1992.
JCC Maccabi Camp Kingswood serves the Greater Boston community, and partners with the Jewish communities of Portland, ME, Newton, MA and Stoughton, MA as well. Our campers come from all of these areas - and from as far away as California, Canada and Israel!
Located on 100 acres of towering pines bordering Woods Pond - a spring-fed lake in the Lakes Region of southern Maine - JCC Maccabi Camp Kingswood provides a broad athletic, creative arts and cultural program that allows approximately 240 campers many opportunities to deepen their skills and try new things. Our highly trained and experienced staff provides individualized instruction as well as one-to-one attention that all campers need.
We are a traditional camp offering a wide range of activities, from broad athletic to creative arts and cultural programs. We offer 2, 3 1/2, 5 1/2 and 7-week sessions. To arrange an in-house presentation, receive a free camp video or for more information, contact us at (617)558-6528, or during the summer at (207)647-3969.
