Merit School of Music offers high-quality, specialized instrumental and ensemble music camps, including voice, guitar, piano, saxophone, band, string and jazz camp. Budding student musicians, grades K-12, can participate in intensely fun, one- to two-week workshops that allow them to explore instruments, “stay in shape” over the summer and prepare for future auditions. Many of the camps conclude with an informal performance to show off their skills to family and friends. Band and String ensemble camps include a choice of popular electives—glee, rock, music video and songwriting.
