For over 7 years the New York Film Academy has trained future filmmakers and actors from around the world during our 1-6 week kids and teen camps in New York City, Los Angeles, Boston, Florida and International.
Each summer, hundreds of teens and kids from all over the world are taught filmmaking and acting at the New York Film Academy summer camp programs. Our one of a kind, hands-on film and acting camps are designed to teach youth the fundamentals of movie making and acting in film.
In all our filmmaking camps, each student writes, produces, directs, and edits his or her own films. In addition, they each assist other members of the crew in the roles of director of photography and assistant camera person, providing all with extensive set experience. The acting and animation camps are just as intensive and thorough.
