Camp Pyoca exists to provide a place away from the busy world where people can grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, with others in a Christian community, and with themselves.
Pyoca has been running summer camp since 1952 and still operates on many of the same principles we did back then. Our theory is that if we place the kids into small "family" groups during the week then they will be able to bond with each other in a unique way that large group camping cannot offer. This in turn allows the campers to take larger steps in their faith walk, open up to asking questions easier, and bonding with their cabin mates in a much quicker fashion. Campers walk away having an experience that has a life time worth of memories.
Pyoca also offers scholarships to families that need assistance.
