The Summer Art Academy seeks to develop the artistic gifts unique to each student. Small classes allow for maximum individual attention. All teachers are art-degreed, certified teachers in the Gilbert Public School system.

More About Camp

The Summer Art Academy is celebrating its 22nd year serving east valley families. Morning and afternoon art classes are held from June 3 – June 27, for students entering the 1st-8th grades (in the fall). Class sessions begin at 8:30, 11:00 and 1:30. One and two week classes are available. Students can enroll in classes the entire month of June. The Visual Arts classes offered are: sculpture, clay, jewelry, cartooning, painting, drawing and themed mixed-media. All the classes are taught by Gilbert School certified, art-degreed teachers. The Summer Art Academy meets at New Hope Education Building, 1380 E. Guadalupe Rd., Gilbert, Arizona. $65 for 8 hours of class. $120 for 16 hours of class.
