More About Camp
Our vision is to create a place where people learn to live responsibly and in balance with the earth. It encourages reflection and respect, while inspiring change within ourselves and our communities.
Summer Camp at Tanglewood is filled with the wonderful energy of young people living and playing together outdoors. Our summer programs emphasize community living, respect for others, fun, safety, responsibility and the joy of being a part of the natural world. Whether it’s Day or Residential Camp, Discovery Trips of Leadership Programs, our summer campers make friends and feel good knowing they can just be themselves.
Our programs are affiliated with the University of Maine Cooperation Extension. We are also American Camp Association (ACA) accredited.
