Campers will meet with children’s book authors, take part in book discussions, and go on book-related field trips around the city. Each week camp will conclude with an informal performance of actors reading camp participants’ writing.

More About Camp

Author visitors and special guests will be announced in spring 2011. Enrollment begins January 18, 2011.

Three (different) one-week sessions (24 campers per week)
Week one: July 25 – July 29
Week two: August 1 – August 5
Week three: August 8 – August 12
Note: campers may enroll in more than one session when space is available.

Camp hours: 9am -4pm

Cost: $650 per session/$625 for Symphony Space members
