UCSF Camps – fun, adventure and learning in every experience.
UCSF Camps help children expand their curiosity, imagination and appreciation of the world around them in a safe and attentive environment in which they can strengthen and develop their social skills and build long lasting relationships with kids of all ages and the Camp Staff.
UCSF Camps are located at and operated by the Fitness & Recreation Centers at UCSF and offer, for both girls and boys, innovative activity camps for late preschool and kindergarteners; a fun variety of recreational sports, outdoor adventure, imaginative expression and environmental exploration programs for elementary and early middle schoolers entering 1st - 7th grades; and, teen leadership building programs for late middle and early high schoolers entering 8th-10th grades as well as complimentary extended care.
UCSF Campers participate in a broad range of activities such as climbing on our outdoor climbing wall, swimming in our outdoor and indoor pools, playing recreational sports and games in our gym and creating projects with our arts and sciences programs as well as exploring the extraordinary and inspiring place in which they live - the greater Bay Area.
UCSF Camps believe in the uniqueness of each child and are committed to nurturing and enriching individual spirit, character and participation by weaving the common threads of friendship, teamwork and creativity into every program and experience.
