A week-long program that includes script dissection, character casting, and rehearsing before performing the play at a public venue. Great for developing confidence,
This is an exciting exploration of the actor’s process from activating needs to developing a complex character. Great for loosening up your body and voice, building self-confidence, and unleashing your creative spirit. The class will dissect a script, cast their characters and take a play from the page to the stage in the weeklong session.
Teaching this summer’s class is Aaron Reeder. Arron trained at Spoleto
Vocal Arts Symposium, New York Opera Studio, The American College
Theatre Festival at the Kennedy Center and studied with numerous
teachers. His most memorable moment came on the set of the summer
stock production of AIDA that he was cast in. He is currently working in the cast of Passing Strange at Studio Theater in DC.
