Weddings take sole use. We provide you with a ready to go facility...... well kept grounds, shaded deck with a BBQ, lawns, picnic tables with attached benches, clean & stocked restrooms with showers ("The County Seat"). You provide all additional service. We do not charge a corkage fee for wines of your choice. Nor do we limit your choice of caters, event planner, photographer, florist, party rental agencies, sound system provider, etc. However we will be happy to refer you to competent vendors for any or all of your above needs. $3500 includes (150 guests), additional guests over 150 is $18 per person up to 300 guests Max. Price includes parking attendant. 50% deposit due to hold a reservation. Cancellations 90 days in advance of event in writing. You are subject to a $300 booking fee for cancellations. Pool is available for use if group provides a certified lifeguard. Optional Rentals: We also have available a RR Caboose and a passenger dining car - great for bridal party dressing rooms.
