Camp Whitcomb/Mason offers kids and teens ages 7-17 an impactful, exciting week-long adventure. Campers will enjoy archery, fishing, canoeing, swimming, field games, arts & crafts, gardening, campfires, ropes courses, and more this summer and you get to make the fun happen!
We are currently looking for stellar individuals to lead activities and ensure the safety of all campers this summer. If you love being outdoors and working with youth, this is a great fit for you! Join us as a Day Camp Counselor, Cabin Counselor, Lifeguard, Health Coordinator, or Village Coordinator (supervisor).
During our extensive two-week training, you'll not only learn all staff members' names and where the bathrooms are, but you'll be equipped with behavior management tools, trauma informed care, CPR/First Aid, how to lead games & activities, and so much more.
You'll make an impact for our youth this summer while making lifelong friends along the way!
After running a successful, COVID free Day Camp in summer 2020, we will be using updated protocols to run our Day and Overnight Camps this summer. Using the cohort model, groups will stay with their groups the entire week. Masks will be worn when in communal buildings and social distancing cannot be maintained. We have increased our cleaning and sanitizing, and put in several hand-washing stations around Camp. We look forward to ensuring campers and staff remain healthy and safe while having fun at Camp.
