This summer SDYT will be offering two kinds of camps.

Our one week Stage Camp will focus on learning performing skills through acting games, mini singing lessons and dance practice. All of this builds confidence, experience and friendships. In this class our instructors pull from a multitude of musicals for scenes and songs that will highlight each student’s talents.

Our two week Dream Camp will focus on learning all the elements needed to put together a complete show. Students will go through the audition process, rehearsal process and end with two performances for family, friends and the community. We will have sets, costumes, lights and props - everything you need for a professional show.

Each camp has a similar time schedule. Rising grades 2nd through 12th are invited to spend the whole day with us from 9am to 3pm. Children entering Kindergarten through 1st grades are invited to spend a half day with us from 9am to noon. (1st graders and siblings who would like to continue with us for the whole day will be considered on a case by case basis.)
