Operated by the Girl Scout Council of Colonial Coast, Camp Darden has a proud history of providing outstanding camping opportunities for girls entering 6th - 12th grades. Accredited by the American Camping Association, Camp Skimino maintains high standards of health and safety for every camper. Program activities for each session included swimming and boating, songs, games, arts & crafts, outdoor skills, cookouts, and much more. A variety of themed programs are offered each week with themes ranging from Fabulous U! to Camp Scene Investigators to Cast Away. A complete list of themes avaible in the annual camp brochure (available upon request) or on the council's website. Campers stay in either cabins or platform tents. Facilities include swimming pool, boating pond, playing field, dining hall, shower houses, health lodge, housing units, and lots of great, natural space. Staff positions available.
