All sessions can be tailored to your needs - They can include some or all of the following:

• Seminars and Workshops (for either large or small groups) will take the form (any or all) of :
• Lectures
• Role play
• Question and Answer
• Discussion of the book and/or all aspects of counselloring

• "Walk-through" Instruction

In these Staff Development Workshops we will:

• Have "chalk-talks" in the "classroom"
• Go the ballfields for specific instruction at each activity,and highlight what to "look for:" aspects of safety, motivation, and "Values Education," etc
• Work in the bunks; (on cleanup, inspection, packing, unpacking, cubby management, etc.), at the dining room (table manners); at the waterfront (safety aspects); i.e., we can go to all activity areas for "walk-throughs" on every aspect of every situation.

For the "Rookie" Counsellor we offer:

• Expert training and orientation into camping with special emphasis on disciplining (with dignity) techniques for the counsellor as well as skills useful in motivating campers.
• Team building skills - i.e., learning how to work as part of the entire camp team and to use all available resources to problem-solve.

For Veterans, we will:

• hone your skills and seek to enhance your methodologies.
• hope to keep your attitude fresh and enthusiastic.

I can also do "Troubleshooting" for you. As Troubleshooter I will:

• Observe your camp "in action" from Reveille until Tapps.
• Come to your camp during the camp season and analyze your program from top to bottom.
• Look at all areas from a safety aspect - touring your fields and activity areas to make this in-depth analysis.
• Check out the efficient functioning of all activity areas.
• Make a needs assessment for staff training (from all angles) and devise a plan to satisfy it.
• Make suggestions on everything under the warm summer sun.
• Help staff to improve all aspects of their overall relationships with their kids, with each other, and with the administration.
• Help add spirit, charisma, soul and enthusiasm to all members of the camp community.
• Take your camp to a higher level in virtually everything.
• I can do any or all of the above!
